Iranian media: Russia deployed Vodnik armored vehicles to Syria
The Russian Defense Ministry has sent a large number of Vodnik armored vehicles to the Syrian port of Tartus. These vehicles are intended for the army of the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad which is assisted by Moscow, as reported by the Iranian agency Fars.

Media: Russia will retain two military facilities in Syria
Russia plans to retain two military facilities in Syria after it reduces the number of troops stationed in the country, Interfax reported.
"Russia will retain two military objects in the country, the Russian air group at the Hmeymim airport and the greatly expanded and modernized naval facility in the city of Tartus," Interfax's source stated.

Depending on situation in Syria, Iran may consider letting Russia use Hamadan airbase
Iranian Minister of Defense Hossein Dehghan stated that Teheran may again allow the Russian air force to use the Noje airbase in Hamadan, as reported by the Tasnim News agency.
