Top-official from the Yanukovych era was appointed to Ukraine's anti-corruption committee
A corrupt official from the era of former President Viktor Yanukovych, Andriy Skibiak, was appointed as a chief consultant to the anti-corruption committee, as reported by the Anti Corruption Action Centre on their Facebook page.
